CCTV
CCTV or Closed Circuit TV refers to cameras that are used in an internal circuit such as surveillance cameras or cameras for distance learning. When using such systems, it’s important that the cameras are only accessible to authorized personnel. That’s why these systems are usually made using IPTV.
The streams are broadcasted over the network and can be received on a PC or TV set-top box. One could expand this concept using our middleware: only authorized users will have access to the broadcasts. It is also possible to make a mosaic of different camera images.
